1) Q: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

2) Q: What about the shipping methods?
A: We can ship goods to you by sea, by air or by express, and also can do DDP , ship directly to your warehouse.

A: Generally we accept TT, L/C, Western Union, and some special we can also D/P.

A: Our normal Payment Term is 30% deposit, and balance is against B/L copy or before delivery.
5) Q: What's your delivery time?
A: It's 30days after the payment confirmed and it will be 7-15 days for top urgent orders.

7) Q: Can I order some sample for testing
A: Yes, the sample will be free but need customer provide the Fedex / DHL account or pay us the express cost.

9) Q: What is the MOQ for the product?
A: Each product MOQ is different, depends on the size and weight you need. Normally for the cloth MOQ is about 300KG per color.

A: If you found some item in the valid time that have quality problem, we will send you the spare ones in the next order or return you the amount.
